I've got ADHD, I'm on the dole at the moment and looking for work.

On the UK Jobseekers website, you get some vacancies with this logo, which says "Positive About Disabled People": http://www.asra.org.uk/media/48757/positive-disabled.jpg

However, vacancies with this logo are few and far between, and there's no way of being able to search specifically just for employers with that logo.
How do you even know if they genuinely do want to give disabled people a chance? There are some vacancies without that logo which have seemed positive at first, but then changed their minds for whatever reason.

Do you declare that you have a disability and risk not being employed due to narrow-minded employers' discrimination, or not declare and then get sacked when/if you DO declare it?

I can't be the only one who finds this really frustrating, surely!
